Thunderbolt truck: Press C-Left at the vehicle selection screen. The Crusher truck: Press C-Right at the vehicle selection screen. El Cajon track: Hold Up and press the L + R at the track selection screen. An air wrench sound will confirm correct code entry. Highlight the El Paso track and press Z + A to start. Flagstaff track: Hold Left and press the L at the track selection screen. An air wrench sound will confirm correct code entry. Highlight the Mojave track and press Z + A to start. Guadalupe track: Hold Down and press R at the track selection screen. An air wrench sound will confirm correct code entry. Highlight the Vegas track and press Z + A to start.
